The Inline Landroller is a single-drum roller that travels behind the tractor instead of beside it. Four sizes, 10β to 20β, and every one goes down the road at 7β-7β: under 8 feet, which is what keeps it legal on most roads without a permit. Tractors from 60+ HP.
What it does in the field
This machine started out as a rock roller and that is still half the job: rocks and root balls get pressed back into the ground so the combine header can run low without picking them up. The rest is levelling. It flattens gopher mounds and ruts, crushes corn stalks so they break down faster, and leaves a uniform seedbed for an air seeder or a high-precision planter to hold depth in. Pre-plant rolling in pulses is worth 1-4 bushel per acre by grower accounts, mostly through even emergence.
Drums
Two drums fit every size: 42"Γ 5/8" and 42" Γ 3/4". With the 42β diameter x 0.625β drum wall the machine carries 675 lbs per foot on the 10β and 525 lbs per foot on the 20β. The drums are fillable, so you can add weight for hard ground and drain it when the field is soft.
Frame, shaft and hitch
8β x 4β x 3/8β frame tubing with steel reinforced corners, and a 3β HD drum shaft and bearing carrying the drum. The hydraulic hitch swings the machine from field position to transport and back without anyone leaving the cab, and the hydraulic handles are colour-coded so the right hose goes in the right port.
Transport
7β-7β wide on all four sizes. Transport length runs 15β-3β on the 10β to 26β-2β on the 20β, and the machine stands 5β-1β high. A transport safety lock holds it in position on the road, the LED light kit is ASABE compliant, and the tires are ST235/85R16E 14 Ply.
Where it fits
No-till, minimum-till and conventional till all roll. Pulses, canola, grain, corn and forages are the crops our customers roll most, before seeding or after harvest depending on what the field needs.

60+ HP for the 10β and 13β, 70+ for the 15β and 80+ for the 20β. Two hydraulic ports and 5 GMP (19 LPM) at 2800PSI for the hitch. Nothing else has to be tied in.
42"Γ 5/8" is the standard and handles most ground. Take 42" Γ 3/4" if you press rock every spring. Both fit all four sizes, and both can be filled for extra weight.
The Inline travels behind the tractor at 7β-7β wide, so a 20β machine takes the same road as a 10β. The Single Landroller is the straight-pull version in 6β to 20β, wider on the road but simpler. Above 20β the 3-Plex folds three drums onto one frame.
Growers put pre-plant rolling in pulses at 1-4 bushel per acre, mostly because the seedbed is level enough for the drill to hold depth and the crop comes up together. It also lets the header run low at harvest without finding stone.
Rolling corn stalks crushes them so they break down over the winter instead of standing through seeding. In the spring the same pass flattens gopher mounds and ruts and presses rock down before the drill goes in.
