Newsletters and Marketing Email

We send newsletters and product updates only to people who have asked to receive them, or who have given us their contact details in the course of enquiring about our products. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information for money.

We share information in the following circumstances:

• With our authorized dealers. If you request a quote or ask to be contacted, we pass your enquiry to the Mandako dealer serving your area so they can respond.
• With service providers. The companies listed in the table above process information on our behalf so that our Site and our customer systems can function.
• Where required by law. We may disclose information if we are required to do so by law, court order, or a lawful request from a government authority.
• In a business transaction. If Mandako is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, customer information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Because our equipment is designed to last for many years and carries warranty coverage, product registration and warranty records are retained for the life of the equipment and for as long afterwards as we may need them to handle claims or parts enquiries. Enquiry and marketing records are kept for as long as your relationship with us is active. We delete information sooner where you ask us to and where we are not required to keep it.

How We Protect Your Information

We use technical and organizational measures to protect against unauthorized access to, or unauthorized alteration, disclosure, or destruction of, the information we hold. This includes encrypted connections to our Site, restricted access to our customer systems, and regular review of the software we run. No method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
