The REDDI-ARM carries your rotary cutter out to the side of the tractor: 16' of offset left to right, and 48° of angle either way. It hooks to a 3-point, Cat 2 or Cat 3, runs off a 1000 RPM PTO, and takes any cutter with a drawbar style hitch and a draw pin.
What it does
Ditch banks, road allowances and the ground along a fence line are what this arm is for. The cutter sits out where the tractor cannot go, angled down the slope or up the bank, and the tractor stays on level ground. Swing the unit to the left or the right side depending on which way the road runs.
Sloped arm, no third gearbox
The arm is sloped for two reasons. It does the job a third gearbox would otherwise do, so there is one less gearbox to service and one less thing to fail. And it leaves you a clear view of the cutter from the cab, which matters over a whole day of watching a cutter head out the side window.
3-point hookup
Our 3-point hookup holds the arm at two points instead of one, which takes the side drag off the tractor. It fits CAT 2 and CAT 3; a 3-point-to-drawbar adapter is available for tractors set up that way. Hitch weight is 1362 lbs (618 kg) and the whole unit is 3270 lbs (1483 kg).
Hubs, spindles and tires
Standard is an 8-bolt hub with a 2.5-inch spindle diameter on a 320/70R15 tire. For rougher work, the upgrade is a 10-bolt hub with a 3-inch spindle diameter and a 440/55R18 tire. Either way, a damaged hub or spindle comes off with one bolt, so the arm is back in the ditch the same day.
Driveline and safety
Drivelines are Weasler, Cat 6, through a 1:1 gearbox driven at 1000 RPM. The main frame is 12” x 8” x 0.250” W. LED lighting and a Slow-Moving Vehicle sign to ASABE standards come on the unit, and the rear axle steers so lining the arm up with the cutter is a one-person job.

It removes the need for a third gearbox, so there are fewer moving parts to service. It also keeps the cutter in sight from the cab instead of behind the arm, which is the difference between guessing and seeing where the head is.
A CAT 2 or CAT 3 three-point and a 1000 RPM PTO. Hitch weight is 1362 lbs (618 kg) and the unit weighs 3270 lbs (1483 kg), so the tractor has to be rated for that on the lift arms. A 3-point-to-drawbar adapter is available.
The standard 8-bolt hub with a 2.5-inch spindle on a 320/70R15 handles most ditch work. Take the 10-bolt hub with the 3-inch spindle and the 440/55R18 tire if you are in rough ground all season.
